Standouts (Part 2 of 3)

2025 MIF Peyton Douglas-Nash (Cardinal Gibbons HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Lean frame and room to fill out which should translate to additional power offensively. Works from a simple approach and took two standout rounds of batting practice, showing good bat control and a short and compact swing through the zone.

2025 RHP Jackson Bradley (Inspiration Academy, FL)
Uncommitted. Big, strong frame standing at 6-foot-5, 215 pounds. Creates an impending presence and works downhill. Featured a fastball sitting 85-88 mph, touching 89 which had plenty of run on it. Showed a feel for his off-speed stuff and hit his spots consistently.

2026 LHP Johnny Havlicek (The Benjamin School, FL)
Uncommitted. Tall, physical frame and works from a simple windup with a bigger leg kick before his delivery. Ran his heavy fastball up to 89 mph while mostly sitting 85-88. Mixed in a 73-74 mph changeup and a 66-68 mph curveball with depth. Worked a clean inning with multiple strikeouts during game action.

2026 IF/RHP Cole Travers (St. John Neumann HS, FL)
Uncommitted. The combination of present power and size really stands out. Produced multiple deep drives into both gaps, driving the ball with intent during batting practice as he continued to impress offensively. Delivered in his first at-bat of game action by driving a ball to deep right-center field for a standup double. Middle of the order hitter. Moves well for his size around the bag with an above average arm across the diamond.

2027 IF/RHP Benjamin Todd (Venice HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Stood out as a two-way prospect, both offensively and on the mound. Works from a low hand set and uses the whole field to drive the baseball. This translated to game action when he laced a ball into the left field corner for a double. On the mound he featured a low 80s fastball along with a breaking ball that kept hitters off-balance during his outing.

2027 OF/IF Chase Caldwell (Venice HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Present physicality and it shows offensively. Consistently made loud, hard contact during his batting practice rounds as he produced deep drives into the gaps. This translated to in-game action when he roped a ball into deep right-center field for a double.

2028 IF/RHP Cooper Pote (Out-of-Door Academy, FL)
Uncommitted. Put together a strong batting practice session where he showed his ability to drive the ball to all parts of the field. Defensively he showed off a strong arm both up the middle and in the outfield. Smooth actions at shortstop. On the mound he pounded the strike zone with a fastball that topped out at 81 mph along with an above average curveball with depth. Lots to like moving forward.
