Part 2

2024 OF Cooper Hinson (Bloomingdale HS, FL)

Uncommitted. Has become noticeably more physical which has translated to jumps in his overall game. Offensively he works in rhythm from the left side, displaying quick hands and driving the ball all over the field with pull side pop as well. Defensively he showed an above average and accurate arm on his throws to home during defensive drills. Also clocked in at 6.94 seconds in his 60 yard dash. Strong follow.

2024 C Carlos Morales (Durant HS, FL)

High Point commit. Compact, physical frame. Strong lower half that he uses to generate power offensively. Above average bat speed from the right side that finds the barrel for consistently hard contact. Can send the ball a long way, especially to the pull side over the wall with just one swing. Knows how to drive in runs. Above average defender from behind the plate as well with consistent pop times in the 1.93-1.98 seconds range. Strong follow.

2024 C Braden Moon (Newsome HS, FL)

Uncommitted. Big, physical frame with present strength that translates to the field. Really stands out offensively from the right side of the plate as the ball really jumps off the bat with loud contact when he squares it up. Has the ability to drive the ball deep into either gap or over the wall from the pull side. Accurate and above average arm from behind the plate on his throws down to 2B and 3B. Power bat to be followed closely.

2025 C/IF Marvin Montenegro (Santa Fe Catholic, FL)

Uncommitted. Present athleticism with lean strength throughout. Stood out all over the field as he played multiple positions at an above average level. Confident defender up the middle, ranges to his left and right, and an above average arm across the diamond. Behind the plate he displayed a quick transfer and accurate throws to 2B, registering a best pop time of 1.99 seconds. Offensively he drove the ball back up the middle and into the left-center field gap for multiple line drives.

2025 OF/RHP Hunter Wallerstein (Calvary Christian HS, FL)

Uncommitted. Has a long, athletic frame that will continue to fill out and become more physical which will translate to jumps in his overall game. Stood out as a two-way. Offensively he shows quick hands and creates leverage with present pull side juice. More power to come. On the mound he had a loose arm and featured a fastball up to 84 mph in his inning on the mound. Mostly worked 80-83 while mixing in a 72-73 mph curveball. More in the tank. Strong follow.

2026 MIF Gavin Byrd (Lakeland Christian, FL)

Uncommitted. Lean, athletic frame with room to fill out. Natural feel to hit. Took a strong couple rounds of batting practice as he worked gap-to-gap with plenty of line drives. The hands are quick through the zone and should see jumps in power as he continues to fill out. Sounds defender up the middle as well. Strong follow.

2026 MIF AJ Cruz (Bloomingdale HS, FL)

Uncommitted. Lean frame with some present quick twitch actions. Took one of the more impressive rounds of batting practice for his grad class as the hands are loose and quick through the zone, finding the barrel for consistent contact. Produced lots of line drives from the left side of the plate. Level to uphill path through the zone that should see jumps in power as he continues to mature.
