FIU commit. Displayed a loose, quick arm with more in the tank. Arm really works, looks to jump on the batter with a first pitch strike. Isn’t afraid to throw inside and induced weak contact multiple times throughout his outing. Sat 86-88 mph, touching 89 with his fastball that showed late life along with a nasty 79-80 mph hard slider that generated swings and misses while also jamming the batter. Projection in the frame, more to come.

IF Carlos Cordero (Central Pointe Christian, FL)
Uncommitted. Stood out defensively as he ranges freely to his right and left, making the plays and consistently being in the right position to field the baseball. Above average actions with a quick release. Accurate and on line throws to first. Offensively, he was able to work gap-to-gap and find the barrel.

Florida commit. Has gotten noticeably stronger in his lower half which has translated offensively as he drove the ball up the middle and to the pull side with hard, loud contact. Present juice to the pull side. Will continue to be one of the top follows in his class nationally.

IF Rafael Betancourt Jr. (Deltona HS, FL)
USF commit. Athletic frame with above average instincts. Displays offensive potential from both sides of the plate with a line drive approach. Accurate arm across the diamond.
