Standouts (Part 1 of 2)

2026 C Ayson McIntosh (John Carroll Catholic, FL)
Ole Miss commit. Demonstrated real power by finding the barrel often for loud, deep drives into left, left-center field gap with a few going over the wall. Tall, physical frame and uses his present strength to drive the ball with intent. Middle of the order bat. Above average and accurate arm from behind the plate with pop times consistently in the low to mid 1.9s.

2026 C Anthony Iaciofano (Park Vista HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Strong lower half, has become noticeably more physical. Offensively he displayed loose, quick hands from the left side that not only drove the ball deep into right field, but up the middle for multiple line drives as well. Still more pull side juice to come. Accurate and above average arm behind the plate. Receives well.

2026 C Charlie Messina (IMG Academy, FL)
Northwestern commit. Present physicality throughout which translates to his overall game. Showed present power all over the field from the right side of the plate as the ball really jumped off the bat during batting practice. Present feel for the barrel and swings to do damage, drive in runs. Big arm from behind the plate with a quick release as his pop times sat in the low 1.9 secs. Works from an athletic position and keeps base runners on edge.

2026 RHP Alex Fraietta (Out-of-Door Academy, FL)
Uncommitted. Tall, physical frame most notably in the lower half. Pounded the strike zone with all three of his pitches during his bullpen while displaying smooth mechanics. Fastball mostly sat in the 81-83 mph range touching 84 while mixing in a 76-77 mph changeup and 72-74 mph soldier with depth. Still more in there.

2026 OF Noah Stone (Richmond Hill HS, GA)
Uncommitted. Athletic frame with present physicality throughout. During batting practice from the right side he consistently created hard contact while showing off pull side juice. The hands are quick and strong through the zone, allowing him to drive the ball deep into the gaps. Above average arm, topping out at 85 mph on his throws.

2026 1B/LHP Mateu Dalmau (Venice HS, FL)
Navy commit. Present strength throughout, most notably in the lower half. Stood out from the left side of the plate offensively as he showcased his ability to hit the ball back up the middle with authority, producing multiple hard hit line drives. Pull side pop as well. Above average arm from the outfield but is well known for his ability on the mound to throw his full arsenal for strikes, command the zone.

2027 RHP/MIF Blake Curatola (Jensen Beach HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Threw an impressive bullpen, working down in the zone and featuring a fastball up to 87 mph with life. Mostly sat 85-86 while mixing in a mid 70s slider and an upper 70s changeup. More in the tank and will continue to make jumps. Offensively he showed an aggressive approach to hammer the baseball to the pull side, back up the middle. Topped out at 91 mph on his throws across the diamond.

2027 MIF/OF/RHP Luke Parrish (Glynn Academy, FL)
Uncommitted. Lean frame he projects, added physicality will translate to jumps in his overall game. From the left side of the plate he worked from an advanced approach and found the barrel often. Fast hands and drove the ball all over the field for line drives into the gaps. Present pull side juice too with still more power to come. Shows the ability to play multiple positions defensively.

2028 OF/RHP Trever Harmic (St. John Neumann HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Lean, athletic frame that will continue to add physicality. From the left side of the plate he generated explosive swings to the pull side as he engaged his lower half. Ball really jumps off the bat with real pull side power potential. Strong arm on his throws from the outfield, topping out at 83 mph with carry.

2029 RHP Ian Ibarra (North Port HS, FL)
Uncommitted. A young arm to follow closely that will continue to make jumps as he becomes more physical, matures. Fastball mostly sat 74-76 mph with run along with a mid 60s changeup. The breaking stuff was impressive, notably the curveball with 2470+ RPM. Above average mound presence, feel to pitch.
