Top Performers
2023 RHP Garrett Baumann (Hagerty HS, FL)
Tall, extra large frame standing at 6-foot-7. Baumann dominated on the bump throwing a complete game, striking out the last batter to end it. The UCF commit pounded the strike zone with his fastball sitting 87-90 mph with life and showed good feel for his change-up, sitting 78-81 mph. He was very efficient, throwing about 70% of his pitches for strikes and finishing the day with 6 K’s on 6 hits surrendered. Baumann will continue to be a high follow entering the Summer.
2024 OF/LHP Talan Bell (Hagerty HS, FL)
The FSU commit led the Huskies in hits and finished his day at the plate going 2-4 along with an RBI Single hit into deep center that would end up being the deciding run for the win. Bell continues to showcase his abilities as a legit two-way talent in the lineup.
2024 INF Austin Jacobs (Hagerty HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Has a great feel for finding the barrel of the bat consistently. Jacobs finished at the plate with one hit and an RBI single. Will be a strong follow as he continues to develop.
2021 2B/OF Justin Austin (Winter Park HS, FL)
The Rollins College commit drove in the Wildcat’s lone run with a line drive to right field, resulting in an RBI single. Created loud, hard contact and displayed above average athleticism.
