GameTime Showcase Series Tampa Standouts Part 2
From October 15-16th, GameTime Recruiting held their Showcase Series in Tampa, FL at the Courthouse Performance Center and Carrollwood Day School which featured north of 150 players over the two-day stretch. Saturday was bullpens for pitchers while Sunday was a pro-style workout for position players.
Below is Part 2 of the standouts highlighted from the event that made an impact on our scouting staff and will be strong follows moving forward.

Bullpen Notes/Standouts
2023 MIF/RHP Judd Hildreth (Inspiration Academy, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 5-foot-10, 180 pounds on an athletic frame with a strong lower half. Simple windup with a quick arm that featured a fastball up to 87 mph. Mostly pitched at 84-86 with some run. Also mixed in a 72-74 mph curveball with depth and a 76-77 mph changeup. More in there, strong follow.
2025 RHP/OF Hunter Wingate (Palmetto HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 5-foot-11, 170 pounds on a lean, athletic frame that will continue to fill out which should translate to jumps in his overall stuff. Fast arm, ball comes out of his hand easy. Featured a fastball that sat 80-82 mph with late life while mixing in a 69-71 mph curveball and 72-74 mph changeup. Look for Wingate to make a noticeable jump this upcoming spring. Strong follow.
2025 RHP/IF Ethan Morris (Cypress Creek HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Athletic, projectable frame standing at 6-foot-3, 175 pounds that will continue to add physicality. Loose, quick arm. Showed a present feel for all four of the pitches in his arsenal. Featured an 80-81 mph fastball with run along with a 67-68 mph curveball and a 70-71 mph slider. Also flashed an above average changeup at 73-74 mph that showed fade. Strong follow with more to come.
2025 C/3B Ty Harvey (Inspiration Academy, FL)
Uncommitted. Physical, athletic frame at 6-foot-2, 200 pounds. Showed a quick arm, running his fastball up to 85 mph and mostly pitching at 81-84 with life. Loose, easy working arm action with more in the tank. Also mixed in a 71-74 mph curveball with depth and a 77-78 mph changeup. Pounds the strike zone. Strong follow.
Pro-Style Workout Notes/Standouts
2023 OF/1B Jayden Vazquez (Jefferson HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 6-foot-1, 170 pounds on a lean, athletic frame. Took one of the more impressive couple rounds of batting practice as he consistently worked gap-to-gap, drove the ball with intent that produced lots of hard hit line drives. Registered a top exit velocity of 92 mph. More power to come as he continues to fill out his athletic frame. Clocked in at 6.99 secs for his 60 yard dash time. Strong follow.
2023 OF Kayden Dean (Inspiration Academy, FL)
Uncommitted. Physical, athletic frame standing at 6-foot-2, 210 pounds. Very strong lower half. Offensively he displayed above average bat speed and can really drive the ball with intent, showing some present pull side pop. Ball really jumps off the bat when he’s on time. Registered a top exit velocity of 99 mph. Showed a strong and accurate arm from right field, topping out at 90 mph. Also clocked in at 6.71 secs for his 60 yard dash time. Multiple above average tools, strong follow.
2023 C/OF Ryan Walker (McKeel Academy of Technology, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 5-foot-10, 172 pounds with a strong lower half. Really stood out defensively as he handled high velocity well, stuck pitches, and gave up his body to block balls in the dirt. Throws were accurate to the bag with a best pop time of 2.02 secs. Offensively he displayed a quick bat and was able to drive the ball back up the middle times during batting practice with a best exit velocity reading of 90 mph. Above average runner that clocked in at 6.61 secs for his 60 yard dash time. Strong follow.
2024 MIF/RHP Blake Perez (South Plantation HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Lean, athletic frame with room to fill out, add physicality at 5-foot-10, 145 pounds. Stood out defensively where he displayed athletic actions, confident hands up the middle during defensive drills. Ranges freely to his left and right with accurate throws across the diamond topping out at 86 mph. Offensively he showed loose, quick hands with the ability to drive the ball back up the middle. Clocked in at 6.85 secs for his 60 yard dash time. Strong follow.
2024 OF Jack Keller (The First Academy, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 6-foot, 160 pounds on a projectable, athletic frame. Above average arm with strong, accurate throws to the bag during defensive drills where he topped out at 89 mph. Offensively he worked from a simple approach and drove the ball into the left-center field gap, registering a top exit velocity of 89 mph.
2023 1B/MIF Evan Riley (A3 Academy, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 5-foot-11, 175 pounds on a frame with some physicality, present athleticism. Toolsy player that should garner plenty of attention this upcoming spring. Above average runner that clocked in at 6.69 secs for his 60 yard dash time. Offensively the ball really jumps off the bat, has the opportunity to produce plenty of extra base hits. Top exit velocity of 98 mph.
