MIF Austin Jacobs (Hagerty HS, FL)
FSU commit. Currently stands at 5-foot-11, 165 pounds on an athletic frame that continues to add physicality. Jacobs possesses a premium level bat that continues to just show up. During batting practice he found the barrel often for hard hit line drives back up the middle and into the left-center field gap. This translated to live game action where he just missed putting one over the left field wall, settling for a double. Throws across the diamond are accurate and ranges freely to his left and right. Strong follow.

MIF/RHP Julius Pfau (Berkeley Prep, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 5-foot-8, 150 pounds on a lean, athletic frame. Pfau stood out all over the field throughout the weekend and is a strong follow moving forward. His athleticism showed up right away when he registered a 6.95 for his 60 yard dash time. From the outfield he topped out at 88 mph along with 85 mph across the diamond during infield drills. During batting practice he showed a present feel for the barrel and fast hands through the he zone and resulted in multiple line drives deep into the gaps. Look for big jumps in his game as he becomes more physical.

RHP Jacob Sams (Winter Park HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 6-foot-4, 165 pounds on a projectable frame that will continue to become more physical. Creates uncomfortable at-bats with a low arm slot. Fastball mostly sat 80-82 mph, touching 83 with life (up to 86 previously) with up to 2604 RPM. Also mixed in a nasty slider at 69-70 mph (up to 2658 RPM) and a 71-72 mph changeup. While his velocity may have been down a couple ticks from when we saw him in the summer, the mechanics and delivery have improved. This has translated with a huge rise in his spin rate (up by 300) on all of his pitches which showed tighter spin and late action. Strong follow.

C/RHP Michael Hebert (Winter Park HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 5-foot-7, 145 pounds on a compact, athletic frame. Displayed a quick arm and sat 77-79 mph with his fastball while mixing in a 72-73 mph changeup with fade and a 68-69 mph curveball during his bullpen. Offensively is where he really stood out as he showed loose, quick hands from the left side that consistently found the barrel for loud, hard hit line drive to the pull side. Worked in rhythm.

2024 RHP Kaden Smith (Forest HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 6-foot-1, 180 pounds on a tall, projectable frame. Was one of the most impressive arms at the event as he ran his fastball up to 88 mph during his bullpen on Friday night, mostly sitting 84-87. Also featured a 78-80 mph changeup with fade and a 73-74 mph slider. The arm is quick and the ball comes out of his hand with ease. Present athleticism as well. There’s more in the tank and Smith will continue to be a very strong follow heading into the fall.

RHP Cruz Warp (Windermere Prep, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 6-foot, 165 pounds on a lean, athletic frame. Loose, quick arm that featured a fastball at 81-83 mph, touching 85. Also showed an above average command of his slider that had depth and came in at 72-74 mph. Look for Warp to continue to trend upward and make a jump relatively soon.

RHP Robert Mitchell (Oviedo HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 5-foot-10, 150 pounds on an athletic frame, has started to noticeably more physical, especially in the upper half. Mechanics and arm action have become more sound. Featured a fastball that sat 83-86 mph while also mixing in his above average changeup at 75-76 mph with fade. Mitchell also features a 72-73 mph slider with late action and a 67-68 mph curveball with depth. Mitchell is comfortable throwing all of the pitches in his arsenal at any time and another jump is coming soon. Strong follow.

RHP Dillon Smalley (Winter Park HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 6-foot-2, 165 pounds on a frame that projects, will fill out. Had added some physicality recently. Quick arm that mostly sat 79-82 mph, touching 84 with run. Also mixed in a 71-72 mph changeup that he threw for strikes and a 68-69 mph slider. There’s more in the tank and the mechanics of his delivery have become more fluid. Keep an eye on Smalley this fall, an uptick in velocity is on the way.

1B/LHP Brady Roberts (Apopka HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 6-foot-1, 200 pounds on a tall, strong frame. Present strength throughout. Roberts took one of the most impressive batting practice rounds of the entire event, flashing present pull side juice and hitting three pitches over the right field wall. Recorded a top exit velocity of 98 mph and the ball really jumps off the bat. On the mound he displayed a fastball up to 78 mph while also featuring a 70-71 mph changeup and 63-64 mph curveball.

RHP Anthony Wilkie (Buchholz HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 6-foot-5, 205 pounds on an extra large frame. Present physicality. Showed off a big arm over the weekend, running his fastball up to 86 mph while mostly sitting 82-85. Also features a 75-77 mph changeup with fade and a 71-72 mph slider. Ball really jumps out of his hand. Frame really projects and there’s much more in there. Very strong follow.

LHP/1B Ryan Ashford (Lake Mary HS, FL)
Miami commit. Currently stands at 6-foot-2, 190 pounds on a tall frame with present strength throughout. Had made a nice jump in velocity, now sitting 83-84 mph with his fastball that showed life. Also mixed in a 69-70 mph slider with tailing action. Looks to be more balanced throughout his windup, ball comes out of his hand easier. Arm looked quicker as well.

IF Jack Waddingham (Windermere HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 6-foot-1, 175 pounds on a tall, loose, projectable frame. Lots to like from the left side offensively as the hands are loose and quick through the zone. During batting practice he ripped a number of pitches right back up the middle while driving several others deep down the right field line. There’s more power in there and the swing really works. Throws across the diamond are accurate and on line.

OF Andrew White (Lake Mary HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 6-foot, 165 pounds on an athletic frame that will see jumps in his overall game as he continues to add strength. Quick hands offensively and works gap-to-gap, stays balanced throughout. Above average arm that topped out at 86 mph from the outfield. White is a top of the lineup hitter who can keep the offense rolling.

IF Thomas Bly (Sickles HS, FL)
Louisville commit. Currently stands at 6-foot-4, 195 pounds on a tall, physical frame. Bly possesses big time power offensively and can change the game with one swing. Fast, strong hands through the zone and creates loud contact off the bat. Swings with intent. When he’s on time the ball can really go a long way. Suited to drive in plenty of runs in the heart of the order. Power bat to follow closely.

OF Mason Ceccarelli (Barron Collier HS, FL)
UCF commit. Currently stands at 5-foot-9, 155 pounds on a compact, athletic frame. Displayed fast hands from the left side drove the ball deep into the gaps, most notably into right-center field for hard hit line drives during batting practice. Topped out at 80 mph on his throws from the outfield.

OF/RHP Will Dizney (The First Academy, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 5-foot-10, 175 pounds on an athletic frame with some present physicality. Above average runner who started off the day clocking in at 6.97 for his 60 yard dash time. From the outfield, he showed off an above average and accurate arm that topped out at 84 mph on his throws. Offensively he showed quick hands and some present feel for the barrel that produced multiple line drives. Up to 81 mph on the mound as well.

LHP Anthony Vizzini (Trinity Catholic, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 6-foot, 155 pounds on a lean frame with room to fill out. Loose arm and mostly sat 74-76 mph with his fastball while showing good command of the breaking ball which came in at 58-60 mph along with a 65-66 mph changeup. More in there.

OF Cody McKinley (Apopka HS, FL)
Uncommitted. Currently stands at 5-foot-9, 130 pounds on a lean, athletic frame. Above average runner who clocked in at 6.94 for his 60 yard dash time with quick, athletic strides. Offensively, he displayed above average bat speed from the left side and found the barrel for some hard hit line drives to the pull side.
