Day 1

2022 C/1B Mason Jantomaso (Ostinger Baseball Academy)
Uncommitted. Currently ranked No. 123 in Florida. Strong lower half with above average bat speed through the zone, shows a balanced approach from the left side and can drive the ball with intent. During the game he squared one up for a deep line drive into the left-center field gap for a two-run double.

2022 IF Brody Donay (Ostinger Baseball Academy)
Uncommitted. Currently ranked No. 117 in Florida. Donay had an impressive summer offensively, and continued that by driving the ball deep into the left-center field gap for a two-run triple. There’s still plenty to fill out on his long, lean frame with more power to come as he matures.

2023 OF Chris Knier (FTB)
Currently ranked No. 31 in Florida. Shows some quick twitch athleticism and takes a smart at-bat out of the leadoff spot. Started off the game by lacing one back up the middle for a leadoff single. He has quick hands with a lean frame that will continue to fill out. Stole second base during the next at-bat.

2023 IF Eduardo Balboa (FTB)
Currently ranked No. 6 in Texas, No. 56 Nationally. Immediately stands out with his big, strong frame. Shows some juice from the right side with big power potential. During one of his at-bats during the game he drove a ball into right field for a hard hit line drive RBI single. The ball really jumps off the bat.

2022 OF Cadmiel Pompa (FTB)
Bethune-Cookman commit. Currently ranked No. 62 in Florida, No. 375. Pompa was an offensive standout several weeks ago and continued to show that during gameplay, collecting multiple extra base hits. In his first at-bat, he drove one down the right field line for a double which was then followed up with a line drive double down the left field line. He shows a high level of athleticism and a confident approach at the plate.

2022 IF Rafael Betancourt Jr. (FTB)
Uncommitted. Currently ranked No. 87 in Florida. Betancourt displays above average bat speed through the zone from the left side which translated to a line drive single into right field during gameplay. Athletic frame with room to fill out.

2022 MIF/RHP Jack Owens (Ostinger Baseball Academy)
Stetson commit. Currently ranked No. 53 in Florida, No. 309 Nationally. Offensively he shows quick hands with some feel for the barrel and a lower hand set. Laced a ball to left-center field for a single during one of his at-bats. Above average runner on the base paths. Also has displayed range with a strong arm in the field.

2022 IF Christian Soto (FTB)
Florida International commit. Currently ranked No. 39 in Florida, No. 224 Nationally. Soto had one of the best days at the plate offensively, collecting three hits in a row and driving in multiple runs. He shows a confident, patient approach in the box from the right side and looks to drive the ball into the gaps. Consistently found the barrel. Also made a tough play on a slow roller where he made an off-balanced throw to first for the out.

2022 RHP Ryan Fry (Ostinger Baseball Academy)
Miami commit. Currently ranked No. 43 in Florida, No. 251 Nationally. Fry will continue to be a high follow for his class as he has a very projectable frame with plenty of upside on the mound. Featured a fastball that was up to 87 (has been up to 89 recently) along with mixing in an above average curveball with depth that sat 66-69 mph. The ball comes out of his hand easy with plenty more to come.

2022 C Anthony Saleeba (FTB)
Uncommitted. Unranked. Behind the plate he shows soft hands, above average arm strength, and athleticism. Offensively he has a quick swing from the right side with some feel for the barrel as he collected two base hits during gameplay which came in the form of a line drive into left field followed by a line drive right back up the middle. Above average baseball IQ as well.

2022 OF DeAmez Ross (FTB)
Florida State commit. Currently ranked No. 69 in Florida, No. 413 Nationally. Really liked the approach from the left side as he was aggressive and looked ready to drive the ball, primarily hunting the fastball. Drove one back up the middle during gameplay for a two-run single.

2023 IF Lucas Ramos (FTB)
Currently ranked No. 39 in Florida. Consistently made loud, hard contact a few weeks ago and continued that over the weekend as he laced a ball into right field for a hard hit line drive single during gameplay. The ball really jumps off the bat, will be a strong follow going forward as he shows some pull side pop from the left side.

2023 IF Logan Chapman (FTB)
Unranked. Athletic frame with more to come physically as he matures. Shows quick hands and cleared the bases on a hard hit line drive into the left-center field gap for a double. Chapman shows easy bat speed with a confident approach from the right side. Switch hitter.

2023 1B Trevor Robb (Scorpions South)
Unranked. Big, strong frame standing at 6-0, 160 with more power to come. Creates loud, hard contact and hammered a ball into right field for an RBI double during gameplay from the left side.

2023 OF Jay Vanness (Scorpions South)
Unranked. Shows off an above average arm when he gunned down a runner at third base after making a catch in right field. Made his presence felt offensively as well as he drove a ball deep into the left-center field gap for an easy stand-up double in his first at-bat of the next game.
